Spearheaded innovation strategy and a UX/UI overhaul for a multi-game trivia platform — creating new game concepts and improving existing experiences across the portfolio, with weekly leaderboard cash rewards and a STEAM-focused educational game. Built a structured design ops workflow and Figma component library that cut support tickets by 30% and design-to-dev turnaround by 35%, accelerating UX research-to-delivery cycles.
Edumillionaire — Intelligence Gaming

Designed Edumillionaire, a mobile trivia game built on machine learning that studies user effort and adapts difficulty in real time, with bot-powered multiplayer. One of the new game concepts I created for VDL Technology's Markov Games division. Applied gamification principles and mobile UX best practices to drive edtech engagement.
Prime eHealth — Stabilizing a Healthcare SaaS Platform

Stepped into a live EMR and telemedicine platform serving 60 hospitals with roughly 300 unsorted backlog items spanning technical debt, design debt, and unresolved hospital requests. Triaged the backlog by hospital retention risk, aligned the CEO and CTO around a shared prioritization framework, and protected hospital adoption across Nigeria.

Japtini Logistics — Full Platform

Designed a complete three-sided logistics ecosystem: a Customer web app (order booking, real-time tracking, interactive maps), a Partner app for truck owners (fleet management, dispatch, route planning), and a CRM for company management with role-based access across 6 departments, all grounded in deep multi-stakeholder user research. A multi-sided logistics technology platform built on deep UX research and information architecture.

I started with a B.Sc. in Physics (Electronics & Computer Technology) from the University of Calabar, which taught me to think in systems, not just solutions. That foundation drove everything that followed.
I turn complex problems into elegant product solutions that people actually want to use. Across 6+ years in product management, design, and innovation leadership, I've built at the intersection of user experience, business strategy, and technical execution. I don't just design products; I shape product strategy. I don't just manage roadmaps; I build teams that deliver excellence.
I've shipped products across healthcare, fintech, logistics, gaming, and edtech, from 3-person startups to enterprise platforms serving millions. I've designed for users in Lagos, Nairobi, and Paris. The common thread: I care about what the end user actually experiences, and I have the technical vocabulary to communicate that clearly to engineering, business, and the C-suite.
